Wastewater Treatment

  • Our wastewater is classified into more than 20 categories according to its contents and characteristics, and we have installed 10 major specific treatment systems established according to each of these characteristics. Each category of wastewater is separately collected, treated, and/or safely recycled.

  • Our treatment systems are designed not only with effective removal functions and recycling capabilities but also to improve land utilization rates, reduce energy consumption, and maintain sustainable operations.

  • Avary has adopted a number of high-efficiency treatment systems, as well as multi-stage treatment processes, three-dimensional layouts, and smart central control systems to maximize the efficiency of all treatment plants.

  • Each wastewater treatment plant is equipped with a specialized laboratory and dedicated personnel to regularly check the quality of the water coming in and out of each treatment system.

  • These water quality data and real-time quantitative monitoring of effluent water are directly transferred round-the-clock to the local environmental protection agency, ensuring that the treated wastewater fully complies with all national and local environmental standards.

Air Exhaust Treatment

  • Air exhuast is divided into 12 different categories according to the characteristics of the pollutant gases and the processes required to treat them, and each is classified and treated separately.

  • The treated exhaust collected during the production process is regularly sampled and analyzed by third party inspection groups.

  • The emission concentrations of all emissions for all plants are far less than the maximums set by national environmental standards.

Solid Waste Treatment

  • Solid waste disposal principles: reduce, recycle and render harmless.

  • All types of waste generated are comprehensively labeled, classified, and collected directly from the sources of production process.

  • Solid waste is divided into three categories: hazardous waste, recyclable industrial waste, and non-recyclable industrial waste.

  • Recyclable industrial waste is fully recycled or recovered for a better environment. Non-recyclable waste is disposed of legally by qualified waste vendors.
